By creating an account or downloading EagLe, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They are written in plain language.
1. The Service
EagLe Education provides a desktop application ("EagLe") and this website, operated by Dr. Kushagra Goyal (India). The app allows students and teachers to build, train, and test AI models without programming.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- One account per person. Do not share accounts.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
3. Free Trial
Every new account receives a 7-day free trial of EagLe Junior with full access to all features. No payment is required to start. The trial begins from the first time the app is launched on any device.
After 7 days, a license key is required to continue using the app. You can purchase a license from your account dashboard.
4. License Keys and Usage
When you purchase a license, you receive a personal license key. This key:
- Is tied to your registered email address — it cannot be transferred to another person.
- Can be activated on up to 3 devices. Activation requires a one-time internet connection.
- After activation, the app works fully offline on those devices.
- Expires on the date shown in your dashboard (1 month, 1 year, or 3 years from purchase).
Sharing your license key is a violation of these terms. If a key is found to have been shared publicly or used on more than 3 devices by different users, the key will be revoked without refund.
5. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Before key activation: Full refund if you have not yet activated your license key on any device. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- After key activation: No refund once the license key has been activated, as the product has been delivered and is in active use.
- Technical issues: If EagLe does not work on your system due to a fault on our side and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we will issue a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the EagLe application.
- Attempt to bypass or crack the license validation system.
- Use EagLe for any commercial purpose without written permission.
- Distribute the installer to others without directing them to register on this website.
7. Intellectual Property
EagLe, its logo, design, and all content on this website are the intellectual property of Dr. Kushagra Goyal. Granted patents (Indian Patent No. 483986, 550060, 577090) apply to underlying technology. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Availability
We aim to keep EagLe available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app works offline after activation, so you are not dependent on our servers for day-to-day use.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms over time. We will notify registered users by email for significant changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
